the 3rd class..

this week we had our 3rd class which talked about crm. compare with the erp i learned last week, seem like erp is for internal, and crm is for external or front line, am i right?

  1. You are correct ! ERP integrates internal functions, while CRM helps to integrate the internal (back-office functions) with the customer-facing or front-office functions.

For example, thru CRM, you can allow external customers to access your internal systems (e.g. order processing, inventory status) directly.
